FitMK Boot Camp Monthly Assessment

On the last Saturday of every month Boot Camp will run its monthly assessment.

This is to test yourself  and see how you have progressed from where you were four weeks ago. Once we have all signed in and warmed up, each Bib colour will complete a distance as quickly as possible. Remember this is not a race!! You are either setting a time OR you are trying to beat YOUR previous time.

The Red bib covers 0.75 mile (time is normally between 6-9 mins)

The White bib covers 1.2 mile(time is normally between 9-12 mins)

The Blue bib covers 1.8 mile(time is normally between 12-15 mins)

We then partner up and complete 6 exercises. While one partner does the exercise, the other will count.

Press-ups - Burpees - Sit-ups - Tricep Press-ups - Turning Squats - Leg Raises.

The repetitions have to be done in a specific way in order for them to count and the instructors will demostrate and help monitor to ensure that they are done correctly and safely. It is more important to get the correct form on all the exercsies and if you struggle with any of them then an alternative exercise will be given instead.
