"I do talk about boot camp to my friends saying how much fun it is but they all think I am mad putting myself through such things. My answer to them is, I keep going back so surely that makes a statement of enjoyment. If you have a real desire to lose weight, improve fitness or tone up then boot camp is a real good start. Simon tailors the session to everybody's different standards, e.g., makes the fitter people run further/faster, do more reps on exercises or build more resistance into the exercises."
