What is Boot Camp?

Boot Camp is fitness and training class based in Milton Keynes and is available for everybody of all levels of fitness.

The classes are run by Personal Trainers Simon A Williams, Lou Atkinson and Wayne Jackson. They are all highly experienced and professional trainers.

Boot Camp was designed by Simon initially to help a group of people who couldn't afford to have personal sessions with him and was only supposed to run over the summer once a week, but as it has proved to be so popular, it has run through the winter months and the classes have been increased.

The group meets, where registration takes place and then will then the warm up begins. It is very seldom that Boot Camp will be the same as the previous week!! The instructor will set up some drills, or a circuit to which everyone joins in! The deal is the fitter you are the harder you can push yourself. It is important that you work to a level you feel comfortable initially then as you get more into your training, you can really start to know your capabilities and take it up!!

Games and equipment are also brought in to keep the classes fresh and interesting and there are partner resistance exercises which are a great way of toning up.

Everyone is encouraged to do their best at Boot Camp and it will be other participants that do this as well as the instructors. When the session has finished the group will have a cool-down and finish off with stretching those tired limbs!!

When is it?

It is always best to go to the booking procedure to see what Boot Camps are available, as they do sell out ,also new sessions do get introduced. But over the summer months

Boot Camp runs 6 days a week:
Monday @ 6:30pm - Willen Lake
Tuesday @ 6:30pm - Campbell Park
Wednesday @ 6:30pm - Willen Lake
Thursday @ 6:30pm - Campbell Park
Friday @ 6:30AM - Campbell Park MORNING SESSION
Saturday @ 10am - Campbell Park

How much does it cost?

Boot Camp is £5 per session.
If you purchase 5 sessions of Boot Camp you will only pay £20 (£4 per session).
Boot Camp is non refundable and missed sessions will not be transferred. You must book online to appear on the register and if you book on the same day as paying please take your receipt to show the instructor.

Where does it take place?

For Campbell Park Boot Camp: We meet in the Theatre District outside Budda Blue nightclub opposite the Iron Tree Sculpture.

For Willen Lake Boot Camp:
We meet outside the Log and Rope training facility (Aerial Extreme) just up from the Gym and Hotel/Restaurant.

Please try to get to the registration 5-10 minutes before the start time to ensure you don't miss the session.
