So at the time of writing this - we have just launched our new website as the refresh of fitMK has been happening over the past year. 

So why a refresh ?

And why are we thanking Adam? 

Well the refresh is because fitMK is turning 16 years old!! Yes the business has turned into a proper teenager! 

Over the last couple of years with the COVID pandemic and a huge personal change of circumstances for myself personally;  the business had to navigate through some pretty stormy waters - hell; you could even call them tidal waves sometimes! 

We now seem to find ourselves in 'calmer' times and the focus on rebuilding and making the business it deserves to be again the forefront of my actions. 

The gang at fitMK came up with the perfect tagline last year that fitMK is "better together" and so while the community which may well have shrunk - the foundation is blooming strong and ultimately we all want help and to help each other! 

The reason I am highlighting Adam is quite simply he was a core member of fitMK and had been for a number of years and was very proud to be a part of the gang. He would get so involved with not just the classes but also the social events and any other meet ups that we planned. 

Sadly we lost Adam over the time in the pandemic and it really does bring it home that life is fragile and very short indeed! 

Adam's mum; Trish - kindly has stayed in contact and also made contributions to our Xmas Party last year so that Adam could buy us a drink and funded some of this new chapter as fitMK turns its corner. 

So thank you Adam but thank you anyone that has helped, trained, supported or just be part of mine and the fitMK world over the last couple of years - you being there is more appreciated than I will ever been able to express. 

Right let's be having you as we go full throttle into continuing to be awesome!
